Allied's Technical Support Department is comprised of dedicated technicians striving to provide expert and reliable after-sale support. The staff consists of field technicians, repair centers, and technical support.
The field technicians provide service for construction and medical gas pipeline products at the customer's facility. These technicians have experience with the NFPA standards and product applications for medical gas systems. The field support group is complemented by authorized service dealers located nationwide to provide the fastest possible response to a request for service.
The primary repair center is located at Allied's headquarters in St. Louis and services all Allied Healthcare equipment. These repairs, both warranty and non-warranty, require customers to send their equipment to the repair center.

The repair center evaluates the equipment and notifies the customer of the necessary repairs and the cost to fix the equipment. Repairs are made as quickly as possible and the equipment is sent back to the customer. The repair center is supplemented by authorized warranty repair centers in both US and international locations. These warranty repair centers are limited in scope, but their factory-trained technicians provide the same high quality repair service.
The technical support group provides product information for all the equipment manufactured by Allied. Our knowledgeable service technicians also have experience with NFPA standards, product applications, installation information and preventive maintenance programs. Telephone and eMail support is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After-hours support is also available for those emergencies that cannot wait until normal business hours.
